    I was registered to speak but am unable to attend due to a family situation.
    The minutes of several of the VPC meetings state that this proposal was presented to ALL 15 VPC. However, I am not aware of any vote on this proposal by my VPC: the Paradise Valley VPC.
    I am concerned this modification will be taken advantage of by the billboard companies to leverage additional encroachments into billboard restrictions. Thank You
