What will the council do to combat the continued gentrification of these areas? If the plan is to use the study to provide assistance & resources to make improvements, what efforts will be made to allow current residents to continue in their homes & not be pushed or priced out? All this study ends up doing is indicating to developers outside our communities that they can use their capital to displace people & make profits, please consider what efforts the council can do to prevent these actions.
