I oppose any additional spending on ball golf courses until Parks addresses the millions of dollars in missing water expenses from their 2018/2019 financials, corrects misrepresentations to Council on the subsidy per participant, financial losses, and # of citizens using City courses. Parks should also be required to explain the justification for the social inequality of 20% of developed parks land being exclusively occupied by an activity, ball golf, serving 1% of the City's population.
