    I strongly oppose this case as filed and request the City Council to deny as filed and instead initiate a case to rezone to R1-18 which is compatible with the surrounding land. (Also requesting to speak first out of the last final three speakers of: Lisa Vializ/Jon Kimoto/Cyd Manning)

    I moved to the area 20 years ago, because I wanted to live in a rural area. The zoning was such that it ensured only acre homes would be built by me. This subdivision here is not wanted.....and it does not make sense in area.
