38 Public Hearing - Appeal of Hearing Officer Decision - Abandonment of Right-of-Way - ABND 190089 - Northeast Corner of 13th Place and Palo Verde Drive
I support the abandonment of the Right of Way. The area has not been used for public access and keeping it would not be in the neighborhood’s interest. I’m also concerned that if the 14th St. Right of Way is kept, future development would require an extension of 14th St. to connect with Bethany Home Rd. That is in no one’s interest. Abandonment would provide certainty, prevent increased traffic, and preserve our property values.
