While I appreciate the outreach conducted by Valley Metro, providing Option C as the preferred alternative halfway through outreach has biased the public responses. Concept C is preferred by staff as it lowers the impact on drivers, not due to benefits to transit users. Transit users would have benefited most from Concept A which reduced confusion by having both tracks on one street and put those tracks closer to employment and neighborhoods on Washington. Please choose Concept A.
