I am in Full support of the golf course overlay! Don't let Greed take it away from us! PLEASE - This is our Life! No more buildings.... it'll be tooooo crowded and hot for our small community! We want peace, serenity and the beauty of the wildlife again!! PLEASE vote 'YES'!! With everything else going on in the world, at least give us our golf course back!!
Bring back the wildlife. Serenity, Phoenix wants to improve Phoenix. So the public will have pride in their city. We in VDP. Also wants our pride back. Togetherness.
Please, vote YES to keep the character of VDP the same: A unique, family oriented and friendly community that I call home for many years. All of us bought into this community in order to enjoy a peaceful life, have a view to a once beautiful golf course. This is about having and keeping our GOOD LIFE QUALITY, being able to enjoy a quiet life style, being in our back yards and rewind... now more so than ever. Please do the ONLY RIGHT THING and give us our GOLF COURSE BACK! Thank you so much!

I have lived in my home for 38 years. I moved to Villa de Paz because of the golf course and it’s open spaces, wildlife, and birds. If development is allowed there will be more traffic congestion, more noise, increased density and higher temperatures. The community will not be the same. Please pass the rezoning.
Hello, my name is Olivia Salinas and I have lived here in the villa de paz area for 10 years now. In the beginning the golf course was flourishing! It was beautiful! In fact, that was one of the reasons we bought our home.. Please VOTE YES!! So we can see the golf course restored back to the way it was!! Please!
As a Phoenix native and resident of Villa de Paz for 29 years we settled here because of the golf course . Raised our family enjoyed the green open space and wildlife. I support the overlay and the peace and stability it brings to our neighborhood thank you.
I would like to yield my time to Jeff O'Toole. It is a cruel for the ducks and geese to be forced to swim in filthy waters.

Keep it a golf course. That is what attracted people here in this community when it came to buying their homes.

Please support The Golf Course overlay. This would go a long way in correcting the wrongs when PHX annexed the Golf course.
