My husband and I live near 107th Ave and Southern. We are raising our children on Southern to stay on the outskirts of town but not too far. This road is a community, like a small town. Many people have lived on Southern for 20+ years, including our close relatives. We do not want a typical housing development to enter our community. It will take away the joy of living near the river, farmland, and established area. The safety with the increased traffic is concerning. Karena Brown
