How does one get access to the Task Force feedback regarding helping to mitigate impact to surrounding communities and neighborhoods? I would be willing to participate on Task Force to be a voice for business and property owners next to the HSC. I am afraid you may stack the Task Force with individuals partial to the HSC and not the surrounding neighborhoods. You realize amount of crime, trash, human waste, etc that is created by the HSC and the need for smaller, dispersed homeless shelters?
