48 Request Authorization to Enter into Intergovernmental Agreement with Flood Control District of Maricopa County for Shaw Butte Mountain Access Tower Road Drainage Improvements (Ordinance S-47217)
As President of the Heritage Highlands (HH) Homeowners Association, I offer this comment on behalf of the HOA. I'd like to urge the City Council to approve this item. This work will help protect homes within HH from storm runoff that originates in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. This will also provide a number of key safety benefits to residents in the area and hikers that use the Shaw Butte Access Road for recreation. HH HOA appreciates staff's efforts and communication regarding this issue.
