It is concerning that you are giving the police the power to evaluate a program theoretically designed to allow citizens to have a say in how these "peace officers" are supposed to serve and protect. They have a history of designing policies to avoid accountability and cause more harm. People in these communities, not the police, know what is best for them. It seems like a large oversight to not give the citizens more input and power here and instead give police the final say.
