The electric scooters have been extremely unlucky in their initial rollout period. The extension has been a great step forward. But let's not regulate the option to death. Scooters are safe and have brought attention to how we need to make sure our streets are designed for all modes of transportation including bikes, buses, cars and (most importantly) pedestrians. Please continue to work with the companies and allowing multimodal options in downtown Phoenix.
