Disband the Tactical Response Unit. Terminate Chief Jeri Williams. Terminate City Manager Ed Zuercher. Create a reparations fund for all individuals directly impacted by the Phoenix Police Department’s use of excessive force at protests and for all individuals directly impacted by PPD’s practice of politically and falsely prosecuting protesters. Establish guidelines to prevent officers from lying under oath. Immediately return all personal property to protesters illegally arrested by the PPD.
