I'm writing to express my opposition to zoning 56-20-4. I live on Coolidge St, just down from the proposed rezoning, and pass that corner multiple times a day.
I'm concerned about the additional traffic, cars, and people that rezoning will allow. The increase is significant. There is already a shortage of parking on Coolidge with the other condos/apartment buildings and I would like to minimize the additional traffic as much as possible by NOT allowing this rezoning.
