OPPOSE 56-20-4 Setback on Coolidge side should be not further out than the Icon on Central Bldg to East of it and 3rd ave has a drainage system for neighborhood so the trees should stay. Remember when downtown replanted trees since they had NO shade.
Height should be no higher than existing or Icon on Central since this is way inside neighborhood not on street like 7th ave central or 7th st. Charlies Jones should not be allowed to vote this issue since he has conflicts of interest.

The property is located in Pierson Place Historic District, which is on the National Register of Historic Places. The property also borders the Phoenix Sonoran Bikeway which is very popular with cyclists from across the Valley. I am a homeowner in this Historic District and I vehemently oppose this rezoning application, as it would have an enormous negative impact on the character and charm of our historic neighborhood, and the added traffic would make our already crowded streets more dangerous.

I am opposed to the apartment being built but if allowed, please limit the size. Apartments of this size should be in close vicinity of a major arterial street. This location is land locked within a residential community. The residents of the proposed apartment will have no choice but to drive through residential streets, through historic neighborhoods.I love to see the new construction that lines Central Avenue, but please limit it to the major corridors, not in the middle of our neighborhoods

This is an inappropriate use of the WU code. Upzoning will completely change the character of this federally recognized historic neighborhood.
This change is in an interior street with a bike path. Please deny this upzoning.

I believe our neighborhood has reached maximum residential capacity, anymore will have a negative effect on quality of life. As a 29 year resident, I have seen many improvements to our area, however, with improvements brings a desire to by some to exploit the attractive nature of the improvements ,including cramming as many housing units into the limited space available. Thank you

Increasing the size of building will cause even more issues with traffic due to cars being parked on the roadway. We currently have this issue in 3 of our roads now. Increased traffic is also another issue. I have lived here for 38 years and it is getting worse and worse. We do not need another large apt building in the middle of our neighborhood. Please do not approve a larger building. Thank you.
