You need the City Council Members to consider the relationship between the City Police and the City Council not as, "Us against Them". The relationship needs to be all, "US, we are in this together". Stop any discussion on defunding the police by any City Council person. Instead work on the Council building back credibility and trust with the Phoenix police and citizens. Do not disband the TRU or Downtown Operation Unit. Look at what the police officers do, and please show appreciation.
