Phoenix's lack of a bike share program and extraordinarily restrictive scooter program put us behind our goals of being a world class city. The proposed two-mile expansion would be a major step forward in making micromobility in the city viable and solving the last-mile problem for accessing transit. Fleet sizes should be largely open. Fines and complaints easily will reduce an overly sized fleet, but we need to let demand determine the amount and type of fleet needed.
