We support as it showcases the need for the City to issue a new bond (first since 2006) to fund historic preservation grant programs & protect our limited resources which have proven so valuable to the local community & city as a whole. As housing costs/rents rise, Historic Districts continue to play a key role & character/preservation are critical elements. It would be beneficial to see a follow-up study that will make recommendations for strengthening preservation efforts. DVC HPN Subcommittee
