This is a major first step toward ensuring that we develop successfully along the light rail line. These conversations ensure that the community is knowledgeable and on board with potential changes and that they know the different tools available. As a line that voters approved, we need this to ensure that we can develop walkable, mixed-use and affordable communities along our vital transportation infrastructure and that is going to take years to plan and build.
