Thank you for providing funds to relocate the owls and their nests. Whoever brought the need to the attention of the City Council - THANK YOU! It is a shame these owls need to be relocated, but that's progress, right? Homes, roads, or buildings covering the lands were wildlife live. Thanks again for the funds.
