My support for this Monterosa Homes project is in the documents. I like and support the changes proposed by the Planning Commission and the Camelback East Village Planning Commission. In my opinion, progress comes in many forms and growth is inevitable, so I appreciate an owner who has addressed my concerns and made himself available to the neighborhood. This comes down to one small lot to rezone, which I feel adds to the overall design and value to the area.
