As a resident of D6 I strongly oppose Vision Zero. To my voting family this completely unacceptable - reducing speed limits to unrealistic levels, reducing driving lanes, and increasing traffic congestion will not help anything.

This will go down in history as yet another failed attempt. It has failed in every other city it has been implemented in! 25mph for the entire city is absurd! This will lead to longer commutes, more delays for commuters, and in first responders getting to emergencies! The proponents think this will lead to more people using mass transit. Really?!?!!? waiting for a bus or light rail in the summer in Phoenix is just stupid and out of touch.

This is a horrible idea and will make traffic and congestion worse than it already is.

STOP VISION ZERO: Vision Zero is designed to congest our City streets so driving is extra annoying with increased traffic. It
restricts speeds to 25mph and reduces lanes. It makes our streets less safe.

Vision Zero is really zero vision - reducing speed limits to unrealistic levels, reducing driving lanes, and increasing traffic congestion will not help anything. I strongly oppose.

Our streets will be more of a mess because of this proposal.

While it has a good intention, the result will be MORE, not LESS traffic. I oppose this.

Please do not reduce the number of lanes in our city streets or reduce our speed limit to 25. This will make our streets more congested and unsafe.

Extremely overreaching, reducing ones ability to get to work hurts the most important part of our society. You are hurting those that need a boost the most. These excessive mandates only hurt the ones that need the most help. Not to mention where do you people draw the line. Next you'll be monitoring and restricting everything in our lives. STOP ALREADY!!

I am a precinct committeeman in Phoenix. I oppose Vision zero since it is designed to congest our city streets by reducing driving lanes and dramatically lowering speed limits. All of this will unnecessarily increase commute times and threaten the safety of our city streets. Vote NO!

Vision Zero will make congestion on our streets and make us less safe. I do not support the slow speeds of 25 mph and reduction of lanes. This will be a nightmare and will lead to them pushing people to use public transit over their own vehicles. Please say NO to this.

Council are willing to make your lives less livable;force you to behave the way they want you to. This directly referenced in Vision Zero framework. Ultimately want to force everyone into public transit and give up your vehicle. Reduce speed limits to 25mph, eliminate travel lanes from roads & replace with bike lanes, speed cameras everywhere. Reduce driving lanes will cause severe traffic congestion. This is nothing more than a social engineering experiment courtesy of Mayor and City Council.
