    I fully support the adoption of this ordinance. I want to commend the City Council for working with Kitchell in 2021 to accelerate the infrastructure improvements along 59th Avenue. Your approval of that IGA will literally pave the way for Phase 2 of Laveen Park Place to move forward with development. Adoption of this ordinance will not only create jobs, it will bring long-awaited entertainment, retail and dining, and a diversity of housing options to the Laveen community.
