I have lived just a few blocks from the address in question for about three years. When I first moved here there was a Circle K in the location that was a breading ground for nefarious activities that would trickle to my property. These activities have included panhandling,defecation on my property, property theft and the increased garbage. All of this was greatly reduced when the Circle K closed.

If we allow this new business to sell alcohol all of this will certainly return.
