My name is Ian O'Grady, District 8 resident and board member and co-founder of Phoenix Food Co-op. Thank you to Mayor Gallego, Council, & staff for the opportunity to apply for & receive funding for the Agri-Food Tech Innovation Grant. These funds are a turning point for the Co-op, as they will be used to hire our 1st employee and General Manager, who will work w/ local growers to better connect our food system, create more equitable food access, & open Phoenix's first cooperative grocery store
