    I live in the immediate vicinity of the proposed project at 317 E. Pasadena. I believe that impacts to traffic flow and our neighborhood have been drastically underestimated. Adding this much residential density to the area will have impact on an already strained traffic flow on camelback and 7th. Our neighborhood has seen a steady increase of people cutting through on our streets, always speeding. We have a ton of kids in this neighborhood and this puts them at increased risk.
