The owner and his attorney have been receptive of the suggestions from the surrounding neighborhoods. The agreement to pay for the gated alley desired from the Alta Vista neighborhood is a positive for all of us. They have been receptive to the City stipulations and have been working with neighborhood groups to increase security along the businesses on 27th and Northern for a revitalization in the neighborhood.
