Considering the significant and growing homeless crisis in the City of Phoenix, approving the authorization of disbursement of ARPA funds for this project is crucial.
Allowing CBI to use these ARPA funds to purchase the shelter at 2425 S. 24th Street and continue to provide supportive services is one more step toward ending homelessness in our city.
