    Vote no on this Conservation based increase. Phoenix residents are mandated upon the meter size of water delivery to their homes.
    Citizens with larger meter sizes would face huge financial burdens in the range of 10's of thousands of dollars trying to accommodate this conservation plan to eventually not have the huge financial burdens of this monthly increase. There must be a better way. Please vote no
