    In 2021, neighbors negotiated a rezoning from R1-10 to R-O. Negotiations included following the R-O guidelines in the zoning code, including 'residential look' of bldgs and a max ht of 15'. The original proposal came in with an 8K sf bldg with a proposed height of 24''. Wholly unacceptable. The proposal presented today reflects discussions w neighbors that yielded 2 blds of 4K sf ea and max ht of 15' with a mid century modern vibe suitable for this area. Success = when people talk to each other.
