As I stated in my previous (~Aug 28) letter, i strongly support Redistricting Plan A, as I believe it will afford the best continuation of several ongoing programs and projects that have been beneficial to Our District and the adjacent districts. Also I think it is the best for the city overall.
It is important to District 5 residents to keep West Phoenix neighborhoods within the same district ! Our community deserves to be drawn into the same district due to our demographics profiles and high degree of interaction, as observed through commuting patterns such as Little League, sports schools, and community centers that support District five members
As the HOA President of a diverse ethnic community, we support Plan A because our unique needs can be better addressed in Council District 5 with its rich history of representation.
Mayor Gallego and Phoenix Council Members,
I would just like to thank you for the hard work put in by you and your staff on the redistricting process and determination that "Map A" was overwhelmingly the most popular amongst the Phoenix population.
Your hard work is much appreciated!
I support Map A. Map A allows my neighborhood (North Glen Square) to remain in District 5, and does not split the neighborhood between two Districts. Thank you for supporting Map A and strong neighborhoods.
Thank you for your support and response to the voices of our community. As President of North Glen Square Neighborhood Assoc. We appreciate the communication and support we receive from D5 and the council. Map A is a good result for redistributing. Thank you.
I am Charlie McGoldrick, the president of West Plaza Neighborhood Association. Thank you for keeping Map A, and keeping our neighborhood the same. The other map would have broken the neighborhood in half. I appreciate it.
I am so grateful for the work District 5 has done to request feedback from community members, like myself, on this important vote. I feel represented when my voice and opinion are heard. Please vote for Map A! Thanks for your work on this issue!
Thank for listening to our comments we really appreciate keeping our neighborhood in district 5. again thank you for considering this matter. it is very important to me.
