    The applicant has not found a way to incorporate solutions presented by neighbors; neighbors have been reaching out to the applicant for months. Applicant has done little to deviate from original plan that is only focused on profit. This is a prime spot that can work with patio homes to serve an unfulfilled slice of the populace. It violates the General Plan, Shade and Tree Plan, Phoenix Zero Waste, 44th St Specific Plan, and Camelback East Character Plan, Pls oppose and start over. Thx.

    I am opposed to the rezoning of this property which proposed increased density would be a detriment to our neighborhood. In the 35 years I have lived here, RVNA has been a wonderful, stable, single-story, single-family, diverse, multi-generation neighborhood which is attracting many new, young families (like a small town plopped down in the middle of a big city). Property values have increased tremendously. Let's maintain RVNA's character and current desirability!

    If there are any agenda items that have road diets or removing of traffic lanes, that needs to stop. Do not implement anymore Road Diets. If any agenda item for Multi-Family Housing is the foundation for implementing Complete Neighborhoods or 15/20minute cities, that needs to stop. Stop taking away our freedoms.
