Please do not move forward with action. Vote no if it is moved. I want:
    • A 3 year safety study of the effectiveness of longer yellow light times & intersection improvements before consideration of automation.
    • Citizen Town Halls in each Council District for public feedback on automation.
    • A Council Subcommittee to create guidelines for any camera usage to ensure no police surveillance.
    • Comprehensive Guidelines to ensure the program is not aimed at rev generation & ensures equity.
