10 of the eligible 14 Village Planning Committees voted to Not recommend moving forward with this plan. You should not move forward with this plan. The interesting fact is affordable housing usually has multiple cars due to multiple people living together. On top of that, this policy moves forward in the desire to take cars off the streets and works toward the implementation of 15 minute cities and trying to get cars off the streets. These policies always backfire and do not work.

The Mayor may move to vote to have a public hearing or may pull it off the agenda. 10 of the eligible 14 Village Planning Committees voted to Not recommend moving forward with this plan. Don't go against those who know their communities best. Affordable housing usually has multiple cars due to multiple people living together. This policy works toward the implementation of 15 minute cities and trying to get cars off the streets. These policies always backfire and do not work.

If public comment is allowed, 10 of the eligible 14 Village Planning Committees vote to Not recommend moving forward. If the plan moves forward, you are going against those who know their communities best. Affordable housing usually has multiple cars due to multiple people living together. In addition, this policy favors the desire to take cars off the streets and works toward the implementation of 15 minute cities (little to no use of cars). These policies usually backfire and do not work.
