Has anyone taken a moment to investigate the "law enforcement" in the central Phoenix area. These people who claim to be police officers should be sitting in a prison cell themselves, for attacking anyone who appears to be homeless. These same officers have also been taking bribes from anyone who can "show them the money" and a suggestion of arresting very specific individuals. These are to include the personnel that appear in the valley metro trains and valley metro light rail marked vehicles.
