I wanted to make a comment or statement about the fire department, police officers, and domestic violence but now I cannot due to no one simply putting the timeframe into the phoenix.gov website. How was I supposed to know there was a timeframe for entering comments as I have never spoken to the city council before. If you really want more citizens to speak their voices, then you should have something as simple as more information for us to do so.
