44 Authorization to Enter into Agreement with the Department of Public Safety for Facility Access and Usage of the Phoenix Regional Police Academy (Ordinance S-50571)
How is this supposed to help the phx PD police the streets and crime better. It's not going to do anything or make the police more efficient because you keep giving them training. How much training are you going to give them because they are not getting better as they have an open investigation with the DOJ right now. This also isn't going to get more people to want to be officers. I will be emailing City Manager Lori Bays about this though I doubt she even cares to respond.
