I get that we have a water issue. Maybe if we fix the current system that doesn't require water certs for non-single-family residents, and starts to include multi-family, we would be better off. And why is there a lower rate per gallon than residential customers in the first place?
All we hear is we live in a desert, Conserve Water, Conserve Water. Does the Taiwanese Semi Conductor and all the huge industrial businesses out West on the 303 pay a lower rate then residents? Or are they offered an incentive to bring their business to our valley. Many of us are still aware of the contract in Mohave County that used our water at a cheap rate that went to a foreign country.
