The developer told the community that privacy concerns would be addressed, however stipulation 2.1.a says that 30% of the units shall be 1 story. This suggests that the remaining 70% must be 2 story. This will result in 7 two story homes, some of which will be against the 1 story homes to the west. This is completely inappropriate and violates the existing community’s right to privacy. I ask that you reconsider this stipulation so that no 2 story homes are built against 1 story homes.
