ADOT states the Grand 35 project has a road diet. However, with advancements in negotiations with businesses, this may have changed. The Grand 35 project is meant for transportation 50 years out. Implementing road diets in one of the fastest growing areas of Maricopa County is not properly planning for transportation down the road.
