Invest the new $27 million found for police in the general fund into support for our communities. 5 new water stations and expanded heat relief hours in only a few locations is not enough. Every park and every city building must have drinking fountains and all heat relief locations must have extended hours to 10pm throughout the summer. Expand and permanently fund the Emergency Eviction Legal Services Program for people facing evictions or experiencing tenant rights violations
