My grandmother lives at Grand Families Place! It is horrible living conditions! The carpet smells like mold, the residents are getting sick! They need new appliances, and so much more! The City needs to condemn those apartments because they are not fit for senior citizens to live in! What is the City of Phoenix doing to help save the senior citizen population?

The seniors and grandchildren at Grand Families Place need to have a livable environment. Appliances are outdated and need to be replaced, interior carpet needs to be replaced, there's mold in our building (Building 1), both buildings need to be painted, we need a safety route plan, we need outdoor furniture, we simply need to live in a safe and healthy space.

The upkeep and maintenance of Grand Families Place Apartments have gone downhill! This place is unlivable! The hallways and elevators are filthy and having to walk into pigeon feces is unhealthy and unfair! I have been living here for a while and this is the worst it has ever been the owners need to be held accountable for taking our money and have us living in filth! We are thankful for the new lady and maintenance guy at least they try to help us.

Please create an ordinance for apartment communities to be responsible for MOLD, ROACH, and RODENT infestation, especially in Senior Living communities. I'm a senior living at Matthew T. Henson Adult Living and it is horrible! The roach infestation is unhealthy! When exterminators come, the infestation becomes worse! We need support please!
