As an HR professional, I know many workers struggle with reliable transportation. By expanding bussing and light rail, Stanton provided thousands of people now, and countless in the future, with the ability to follow in his father's footsteps to provide for their families without having to worry about the cost of buying a car. His work is truly commendable. I support naming the downtown light rail station in his name.
I support the naming rights proposal for Greg Stanton. Iwas was sworn in under then Mayor Stanton for the Desert View Village Planning Committee District II. I am still enjoying the work and serving my community. He is agreat huamn being and this would be a wonderful honor for him. Thank you.
I support Greg Stanton. I used to work in the Phoenix Area. Public transportation has developed at a phenomenal rate. I know others that have or do work in the Phoenix area that rely on the public transportation system. It’s not just chiefly reliable for work, but for breaks to get food and to run errands, the system is always there. Sometimes driving and traveling can be tedious and challenging. The transportation system is a saving grace.
I used to live in Phoenix and while I was there, I relied on public transportation to go everywhere. This was especially true when going to university. I have seen how far the public transportation system has come in recent years and I am impressed. I am jealous of those who get to use it now! I also know many Iranians in the area that use it to get around! For newcomers to the area, it is an amazing tool. I support Greg Stanton’s initiative.
I support the renaming of the central station.I have multiple family members that attend college in the area, as well as highschool friends that I go see. When I go, we use the public transport to go almost everywhere. Phoenix is full of hidden gems and the transport system never fails to take us where we need to go. I know that my friends also use the transport almost every day during the school year.
I use the transportation system to see my brother whenever I can. Oftentimes, I don’t bring a car, so the transportation system is not something I can go without. I also have so many friends at ASU And around the area, so we almost always use it to go around without constantly driving everywhere. It’s safe and it is reliable. For this, I support Greg Stanton.
I support Greg stanton. I frequent the Phoenix area due to my partner being in the area. I appreciate how the public transportation is always clean and how it's seemingly always running. I can rely on not having to burn gas in the city and avoiding the mid-day traffic by taking public transportation. It always seems to go to the perfect spots, and can take you nearly to every part of the city if you know what you are looking for. This sort of ease of access is what we need.
I support Greg Stanton and his commitment to Phoenix’s transportation systems. I use the street car for nearly all of my trips since I don’t have a car and do not go home frequently. The street car’s schedule is great and allows for amazing flexibility. I also use it to get groceries and other nearby items instead of walking.
I support Greg Stanton. Being a student, the transportation system is something that I and almost every person I know relies on. I also use it to see most of my friends due to the stops that the street car has. Even partying, the public transportation ensures that I get to and from my destination without a hassle.
I use the transportation system nearly every week, sometimes daily when I have classes. The locations are more than convenient and I never have to walk a great deal to my final destinations. For me, especially since I don’t have a car, the transportation systems are incredibly important to me. Public transportation and Greg Stanton are both things that I support and that I thank.
