Our family strongly supports the purchase of this property for use as a fire station. With all the new construction west of the 202 FWY, this would be a very needed addition.
With the number of homes and restaurants being added to Laveen and South Phoenix, an additional fire station is needed. This is a great location as it is super close to the developments near Baseline & the 202. I support this much more than new [likely] unaffordable housing originally planned.
