    Strongly oppose Z-58-24-8. As a 13yr resident of Wyndham Square I think this entire development will cause too many safety and environmental issues. I couldn't agree more with what my fellow neighbors have already stated. Please vote no. Thank you

    Strongly opposed Z-58-24-8
    The continue development of South Phoenix will increase Arizona warming and temperatures across the valley. The empty lots in South Phoenix provide refuge for burrowing owls and other natural Arizona wildlife. Max density housing is not needed on every inch of dirt in Phoenix. I was born and raised in Phoenix and lived here all my life. Stop forcing your natural born citizens out of the area. Keep South Phoenix quaint. The area can't handle any more people.Thx

    100% opposed to Z-58-24-8.
    Density: Mr Fox has continued to try to expand instead of complying w/density rates.
    Traffic: Dangerous & problematic to increase the number of homes for only 1 entrance/exit
    Design: 2 story homes do not comply w/Rio Montana guidelines
    Natural: 60% housing footprint on each lot w/only limited trees along the street w/no plans for heavy rains, monsoon down pours
    Mr Fox has made no effort to work w/our community reg concerns & safety.

    ABSOLUTELY 100% opposed to Z-58-24-8.
    Density: Mr Fox has continued to try to expand instead of complying w/density rates.

    In regards to application Z-58-24-8, agenda item 74. I am strongly opposed. Please vote NO this development with no guaranteed second exit or entrance doesn't seem reasonable. I am not opposed to a plan for this property but this plan I am opposed to. As a community we've attempted to work with Mr. Fox with little to no progress being made. As a first time home buyer I would directly be adversely affected by this development.

    I am opposed to the development as proposed by Mr Fox. I am a 20 year resident and I reside at 2016 west Harwell rd which is diagonally across from the proposed development. The community has been cooperative with Mr Fox in providing our knowledge of the challenges that are presented by the development of the property. Mr Fox has scoffed at our suggestions without taking any into consideration. He is determine on shoving as many houses as he can which will adversely affect the existing homes.

    I am directly and adversely affected by this application Z-58-24-8, agenda item 74. I am strongly opposed. Please vote NO. The traffic in this neighborhood as of now is very hard to deal with, adding more homes to this one way in one way out neighborhood will make this issue even more intense. Not to mention that the relief exit/entrance on South Mountain Ave has no guarantee that it will be sold and built.

    I strongly oppose this new development and should be on hold until the residence south of the proposed area is sold, and traffic can move freely after. Our neighborhood is a quiet isolated and we fight our own when it comes to heavy morning traffic to Baseline and School Busses. Our streets are labeled as Drives and Lanes...Not Roads, Ave's or Boulevards. The investor(s), made no compromises to us, and now were at the point of our elected officials to help us defer this plan.
