We feel that the current RO zoning is appropriate for the surrounding residential area. Changing the zoning to CO create larger buildings that are not appropriate for a residential area. We feel that the requested zoning change should be denied.

I have been a resident here for more than 20 years and am strenuously opposed to the effort to rezone this lot. PLEASE protect our residential community, and vote to keep this lot R-O zoned. Thank you

I am a resident in the adjacent neighborhood that borders 56th Street. I ask the council to adhere to the R-O zoning as stated in the 1/4/23 council meeting. Thank you for your attention to smart urban development that helps to promote the livability of our city.

I am the Block Watch chairman and have talked with most of the homeowners on 56th, 57th and 58th Streets within the last wk. Not ONE person that I talked with was FOR the rezoning. All were against it and several were vehemently and very passionately opposed to it. We were told that R-O zoning was agreed to and we want to keep it that way. Ron Foeldi, 10047 N 57th.
