I have been a resident at Grandfamilies with my two grandsons that I am raising. Repairs are never done in a timely manner, waiting 2 to 4 months for repairs. I submitted photos and had many emails done to finally get repairs completed. security is invisible here daily and never addressed..Hallway unpainted after water leak from 3rd floor 3 months ago that was repaired, this makes for a ghetto appearance. they want more property but can not keep current properties up to standards.
