Lot size is insufficient for number of units planned, parking inadequate given number of units planned and lot size, area already too densely populated, more than sufficient low income housing already available in District four unless City is segregating low income residents into one District, traffic on 17 th ave already a problem for children walking to school and day program participants.

The city needs to focus on economic diversity in an area oversaturated with low income housing. The city needs to focus on owner occupied housing. The ReinventPHX - Solano plan spoke of housing available for ALL incomes, abilities, and preferences. This area aleady has Park Lee Apartments, Mesquite Terrace, Rosewood Court, Ocotillo Apartments, Missouri Crossing, Desert Crown, Crosstown Phoenix, U @ 19th, and Revello Senior Housing within a mile of one another.
