Not to be a scrooge but I think when funding is coming from a current budget like the Public Works Department which is large department. It should say what area this budgeted was originally budgeted for? For example it's been in discussion on concerns of maintaining our parks and building lawns, etc. My concerns we may be taking from Public Works now to move money around and then later they will come and ask for additional funds to cover those "extra" costs to maintain buildings or lawns etc.
