I strongly oppose the North Park rezoning and urge you to vote NO. Placing heavy industrial zoning near homes, schools, and preserved desert is dangerous. This project would increase large truck traffic through our neighborhood, endanger children, risk environmental harm, and violate the Sonoran Mtn Preserve. We agree with our HOA—keep industrial development north of Loop 303, protect the Sonoran Preserve, and keep 51st Ave at four lanes for safety. Please listen to residents and vote NO.
We moved to Stetson Valley for the charm and family friendly neighborhood. We require removing industrial and manufacturing zoning, keeping the neighborhood road permanently at four lanes with real protections against semi-truck cut-through, and preserving the Sonoran Preserve buffer that residents rely on for safety, recreation, and quality of life. I see kids walking on the streets by themselves with no issues now. Do you want to have blood on your hands with this amendment?
Asking for concessions
1) Limit 51st Ave - four lanes.
2) No semi-trucks through Stetson Valley.
3) Traffic mitigation- split 51 North of the canal or install roundabouts.
4) Traffic signal at NORTH Inspiration Mountain Loop and 51 Ave.
5) Environmental study. None has been done. Buying credits don wont fill the gap.
6) Air quality is 4th worst in US. Govt lowered standard for TSMC.
7) Require routine testing for PFAS & other chemicals. Test air around the factory. Stop giving TSMC a free pass.

As a resident in Stetson Valley, I oppose this rezoning. I don't want any heavy industrial in north park. I want to keep 51st Ave to 4 lanes in my residential neighborhood for everyone's safety. Please save the Sonoran Preserve between Pyramid Peak and the CAP canal.
Strongly opposed! We moved out her 23 years ago to get away from the traffic, congestion and all the growth and the same shops at the strip malls. Just because there is open space, not all needs to be developed, keep the desert beautiful and vote NO!

Per our letter to Council dated November 20, the Greater Phoenix Chamber supports the proposed General Plan Amendment to further strengthen Phoenix’s innovation and advanced manufacturing sectors.
please do not allow this expansion for the industrial use be this closed to our community. There is so much land for TSMC to build and there has not been any environmental studies done because this project is getting pushed through so quickly. We have been lied to by the attorneys representing Pulte and now representing TSMC of what this project was suppose to be to now this project being a plant with dangerous chemicals and harm to residence and wildlife.

The beginning. I have gone to all of the meetings and it is obvious there has been conflicts of interest voting yes on this as it is a detriment to our whole community yet it still got to this point. With hundreds of people speaking out and pulte/tsmc changing their plans and the rules the day of votes reeks of intentional deception. VOTE NO. I oppose this as it is a danger to the communities health, traffic risk, and will ruin the little land left.
Please help keep our neighborhood safe for our kids by not allowing 51st ave to be more than 4 lanes, please preserve more of the natural beauty south of Pyramid peak, and keep heavy industrial north of the 303.
